You are invited to browse and read the content of this blog. You may also click on the “Comments” behind a post to add your point of view, to offer perspective, or to express a variant opinion.
Registering as a Subscriber
To facilitate your comments, please register by following the link in the left sidebar. You will need to provide a screen name and email address. An initial password will be sent to your email. Use that password to log in for the first time.
When you log in, you will arrive at the front page of the blog. At any time, you may use the “Site Admin” link in the left sidebar to complete or edit your profile and change your password. In the top banner of your Profile is an icon to “View Site.” This will return you to the main page of the blog.
Navigation
As you would expect, selecting any highlighted link will take you someplace else. This includes links to comments, resources, websites, and the like. Use the usual functions of your web browser for normal navigation.
If at any time you become disoriented while navigating the blog, you may click on the “Leadership Lookout” heading to return to the front page, or use the “Back to the Blog” link in the left sidebar to return to the front page.
Comments and Posts
Comments may be added by anyone. However, they will be reviewed for content and screened for spam before being published. This is a moderated blog. We reserve the right to grant enhanced posting privileges or to decline any comment for publication, solely at our discretion.
New Posts are published by the author(s) of the blog. You may recommend new topics, recommendations, or discussions by submitting them to the Administrator, or by including them in comments to other posts.
Please use good judgement and common courtesy in all posted material.
RSS Feeds and Email Notification
Four items in the left sidebar will help you view contents of the blog in your News Feed Reader. The link to “Entries RSS” will feed the posts; the link to “Comments RSS” will feed the comments. (Please be sure you have enabled a compatible feed reader in your web browser.)
The “Subscribe” icon will give you options to feed the contents of this blog to a variety of Feed Readers.
The “Email Feed” section contains a form to Subscribe via email (if have not registered) or to Unsubscribe from the service. When you are logged in, you may also follow the link to your profile to Change your email notification preferences.
